How to make the tile cake
Cut the softened butter into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add the icing sugar and whisk until a frothy mixture is obtained.
Now incorporate one egg yolk at a time, adding the next only when the previous one is well blended with the cream.
Prepare the coffee, put the cointreau in it and let it cool.
Line the mold with cling film.
Quickly dip the biscuits in the coffee and place a layer inside the mold.
Cover with the butter cream, level the surface and cover with the second layer.
Continue in the same way until the last layer that you will cover with bitter cocoa.
Move the cake to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Your tile butter cake is ready to be served.
