How to make radicchio and sausage pasta
Wash the radicchio head and remove the outer leaves, then cut it into strips
Sauté the sliced onion in a large pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then add the crumbled sausage and brown everything for a few minutes
Now add the radicchio, salt, pepper and add the red wine
Stir, cover with a lid and cook until the radicchio is stewed.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain and pour it into the pan with the sauce, add the Taleggio cheese cut into small pieces and the grated Parmesan.
Sauté the Radicchio and Sausage Pasta in a pan until the Taleggio has melted completely.
