Pasta with broccoli is an evergreen, one of those dishes that never tires: a small modification is enough, such as the addition of anchovies, toasted breadcrumbs or even raisins to have a completely different flavor. Known and appreciated throughout Italy, Pasta with broccoli is widespread especially in the southern regions, from Campania to Puglia to Sicily, each with its particular and very good version. How to make pasta with broccoli
Start by washing and cleaning the broccoli and dividing them into florets.
Blanch them briefly in salted water.
In the same water in which you cooked the broccoli, cook the pasta.
Meanwhile, sauté garlic, oil and chilli in a pan, then add the broccoli.
Add some pasta cooking water and continue to cook until you reach the consistency you prefer, more callosette or creamier.
Drain the pasta al dente, add it to the broccoli and mix.
