There pasta with rocket cream it is a first course that is really ready in a few minutes, practically in the time of cooking the pasta you will have everything ready for the sauce! In combination with the rocket I chose the robiola, but if you prefer you can use philadelphia or stracchino, for example. As usual, I recommend using fresh and good quality ingredients, otherwise the recipe will fail. You will get a fresh, fast, healthy and tasty dish, you really couldn't ask for more ;-)
How to make Pasta with rocket cream
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water.
Clean and wash the rocket, then add the rocket, oil, garlic and a little salt to the food processor and blend.
Put the rocket cream in the pan, add a little cooking water and start cooking over low heat.
After a couple of minutes of cooking, stir in the robiola, adding more cooking water if necessary, then turn off the heat.
Drain the pasta al dente, add it to the sauce together with the Parmesan and mix.
The pasta with rocket cream is ready.
