The kinder chocolate puff pastry tree is a delicious and quick recipe to make, perfect for preparing an improvised dessert during the holiday season. Given how much you enjoyed the twisted pastry recipe, I thought I'd make a version suitable for Christmas. To make it easier for you, since the shape is a bit particular, I also made a mini-tutorial video, which I will publish soon. Having prepared the chocolate puff pastry tree together with my Ely, I decided to make a very delicious version of it and I used the Kinder bars, which do not harden completely when cold, but you can use the chocolate you prefer, possibly adding a little ricotta, mascarpone or Philadelphia to make the filling creamier. Ah, moving on to something else, have you seen my Christmas wishes video on Youtube? Click on this link to see it;)
Here instead you will find the video with the tutorial to prepare the chocolate puff pastry tree! Basins: *

Method

How to make the chocolate puff tree

Unroll the roll of pastry and overlap a sheet of parchment paper with which you have drawn the shape of a tree to cut out.

Then cut out the outline of the tree by treading the edges of the pencil. And re-cut some horizontal strips on the side of the tree, but without reaching the center.

Place the Kinder bars on the central part, respecting the triangular shape of the tree and bearing in mind that you must leave a nice edge on the sides, which will be cut into strips a couple of cm wide and must be long enough to be comfortably woven over the bars .

Once the bars are in place, close the edges in strips, intertwining them.

Brush the milk tree and sprinkle it with granulated sugar.

You can use the pastry scraps to create small decorations: for example by making simple balls, or obtain 2 stars and overlap them, stuffing them with a piece of Kinder chocolate, to create a nice tip for your tree.

Bake your puff pastry tree at 200 ° C, in a preheated convection oven, and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Let it cool (if you can!) And serve.
