Cherry Muffin Recipe by of 31-05-2012 [Updated on 01-07-2013]
Cherry muffins are a treat I made the other afternoon to consume some condensed milk left over from making another recipe and cherries that weren't too tasty to eat on their own. As you understand, I am churning out more recipes and this is because it is a period in which I feel very inspired, especially with desserts and I do not miss an opportunity to prepare something new as soon as I have a moment of time. The part that takes me the most time is uploading the photos, so I have a lot of recipes from the past months still to be fixed that you will see in the next few days on the blog;) I wish you a good day and if you love muffins with cherries, try this recipe, love at first taste; P.
How to make cherry muffins
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the condensed milk and the melted butter
Separately mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Add the pitted cherries and mix
Pour the flour and cherries into the liquids and mix quickly with a wooden spoon until everything is mixed
Pour the muffin mixture into greased and floured cups (if you use silicone ones it is not necessary) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15/18 minutes
Allow the cherry muffins to cool then sprinkle them with icing sugar and serve
