This is a thermomix recipe that they proposed on the group some time ago, it is a cake made of a base of biscuits and three pudding mousses prepared with three types of chocolate, cream, milk and jelly to thicken, a very simple and delicious dessert to the nth degree. How to make the three chocolate cake
Chop the biscuits in the mixer, transfer them to a bowl and add the melted butter.
Mix everything well.
Pour the crumbled biscuits into a mold lined with baking paper and compact the biscuit base well, with the help of a spoon.
Coarsely chop the dark chocolate
Heat 150 ml of milk and 200 ml of fresh cream in a saucepan
Add a bag of gel cake and the chocolate
Stir for a few minutes, until the mixture is thick
Pour the first layer of dark chocolate into the mold
Repeat the operation, with the milk chocolate.
And once thick, pour the mixture over the layer of dark chocolate
Then proceed with the white chocolate layer
And again, once thick, pour everything over the milk chocolate layer
Put the three-chocolate cake in the refrigerator to rest for at least 4 hours.
When it has cooled, remove it from the mold
Decorate it to taste, I used some dark chocolate curls, and serve!
