The dulce de leche is an Argentine cream based on milk and sugar, it can be cooked for several hours and requires continuous mixing. How to make dulce de leche muffins
Boil the closed can of condensed milk for 3 hours in a pot full of water. Make sure that the jar is always covered with water, otherwise it could burst.
After three hours, your dulce de leche will be ready and you can start preparing the muffins.
