This morning I give you the recipe to prepare a salad a little different from the usual, a salad with apples, walnuts and parmesan flakes, a suitable side dish to serve for the holidays instead of the classic salad. I dressed the apple, walnut and parmesan salad with a mustard citronette that gave an extra touch to a salad where the tastes of the various ingredients, mixed together, create a very particular but harmonious taste :) If you are not sure to meet the tastes of all your guests, by adding the mustard sauce, you can dress the salad with oil, lemon, salt, pepper or with balsamic vinegar.

How to make apple, walnut and parmesan salad

Peel the apples and cut into chunks, roughly chop the walnut kernels.
Wash and dry the salad and place it in a salad bowl, add the pieces of apple and walnut kernels and parmesan flakesPrepare a mustard citronette by mixing the lemon juice with a tablespoon of mustard, salt and oil
Add the oil slowly and emulsify well throughout

Pour your citronette over the apple, walnut and parmesan salad and mix

Bring to the table and serve
