Egg-free White Chocolate Mousse Recipe of 14-05-2012 [Updated on 25-07-2016]
This is the recipe for preparing a delicate white chocolate mousse that does not involve the use of eggs. You can use this mousse enriching it with pieces of fruit and serve it as a dessert spoon for an after dinner or use it to fill a cake or to accompany a dessert. A simple simple recipe to prepare a sweet on the fly, in short, the kind I like :)
How to make egg-free white chocolate mousse
Chop the white chocolate, put it in a saucepan and melt it in a bain-marie
Meanwhile, heat 100 ml of cream in a saucepan and whisk 150 ml in a cold container
As soon as the white chocolate has melted, turn off the heat, add 100 ml of hot liquid cream and mix.
Allow the mixture to cool, then add the previously whipped cream
Mix the white chocolate mousse with a wooden spoon in a bottom-up motion.
Pour the white chocolate mousse into the bowls and garnish with pieces of strawberries, chocolate flakes or whatever you like and leave to rest in the fridge for an hour before serving.
