Tuna canapés are an easy appetizer that is easy to bring to the table, they can be eaten with your hands and are always very tempting. Perhaps this is why they are one of the things I most like to find on the table;) When the Christmas period arrives I have the right excuse to do them and I make sure that they never fail when we are at lunch or dinner with many guests. I prepare them for all tastes, one leads to another and between a chat and a laugh they are already gone, they are never really enough.
How to make tuna canapes
Remove the edges from the bread and cut it into squares.
Put all the ingredients in the mixer and reduce them into a cream.
Transfer a teaspoon per square and decorate some with capers and others with rolled anchovies.
Your canapés are ready to be served.
