The ricotta meatballs with sauce are a very simple recipe and with a really noteworthy result, very fast to do with the thermomix.

How to make ricotta meatballs in sauce with the thermomix

Drain the ricotta in the fridge, on a bowl, through a fine mesh strainer for 30 minutes.
Put ricotta, crumbled bread, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in the jug and mix for 1 min., Vel. 4.
With slightly wet hands, form the meatballs and set them aside on a plate.

Put the garlic and oil in the clean bowl and fry for 3 min. at 100 °, vel. 1 counterclockwise. Add the tomato puree, add a drop of water (if you prefer a more fluid sauce), add salt, close the lid and place the Varoma with the meatballs on top, then cook for 20 min. Varoma temperature, vel. 1.

Serve the ricotta meatballs on plates, covering them with the sauce.
