Method
How to make salad with rocket and salmon
Cook the eggs (putting them in cold water) for 8 minutes from boiling, shell them and cut them into wedges.
Separate the salmon slices and cut them into strips.
Create a bed of rocket on a plate, add the salmon, eggs and desalted capers.
Create a dressing with sour cream, chives, salt and oil. If necessary, add a drop of water to obtain a softer consistency.
