To make a cake quickly and easily you can use the classic sponge cake recipe, or use the Thermomix variant if you are short on time. But if you want something even tastier, you can opt for a chocolate sponge cake: this is my recipe to make it comfortably with the Thermomix.
How to make chocolate sponge cake with the thermomix
Chop the chocolate for 10 sec. at vel. Turbo, then add the butter and set for 30 sec. 50 ° and speed 3. If necessary, add another 30 sec.
