That of the Thermomix herb bread was a wonderful discovery. This fragrant bread can accompany any type of preparation and can be safely stored, in a cool and dry place, for about 4 days. So if you want to try your hand at making excellent homemade bread, here is my recipe to make with the help of the Thermomix.
How to make herb bread
Chop the aromatic herbs: 5 sec. turbo and set aside.
Pour the water, warm milk, yeast and oil into the jug for 5 sec. vel. 6.
Add the flour and salt: 30 sec. 6 plus 1 min. EAR.
Add the aromatic herbs and work 15 sec. 6. Leave the dough to rest for about an hour covered in a warm place.
Deflate the dough and shape it into 4 loaves, arrange them on the oven tray and let it rise for another 1 hour.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
