Zucchini au gratin are a side dish very easy to make, light but really greedy and nice. The courgettes are cut into rounds and then arranged radially inside a pan, covered with a mix of cheese and breadcrumbs and browned in the oven. How to make au gratin zucchini
Cut the courgettes into slices not too double.
Grease an oven dish (mine was 26 cm) with oil and arrange the courgettes on top, overlapping them slightly.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the zucchini with the aromatic mixture, add a drizzle of oil and bake at 200 ° C and put in a preheated convection oven.
Cook the au gratin zucchini for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
You can serve them hot, lukewarm, or even cold.
