How to make Guinness beef stew

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Flour the meat.

Add it to the pan and brown it on all sides.

Cover with beer and cook with a lid on low heat for about an hour and a half.

Lift the lid, raise the heat and reduce the sauce.

Serve the guinness stew on the plates.
