The Greek salad (greek salad) is one of the most popular salads in Greece as it is a light, refreshing and easy to prepare meal.
The main ingredients that compose it are: tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and feta, a traditional goat cheese. Depending on where you will taste it, you can find the addition of other ingredients such as capers, lettuce or green peppers.

How to make Greek salad
Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into wedges, peel and cut the cucumber into slices, wash the onion and cut into thin slices. Wash the salad, dry it and chop it up
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and season with salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the Feta cheese into cubes and rinse the olives.
Add the onion, feta and black olives
Sprinkle the Greek salad with oregano and serve.
