Chicken breast with milk is an easy and tasty second course, enriched in flavor by pink pepper, rosemary and turmeric. The meat will be very soft and will conquer the palate of your guests thanks to the spices that will soften the taste of the milk giving a very delicate spicy note. How to make milk chicken breast
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and then pass them in a bowl in which you have put salt and flour.
Melt the butter in the pan, then brown the chicken for about 10-15 minutes.
Now add the milk, rosemary, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Stir and cook until a thick cream is formed.
Your milk chicken breast is ready to serve.
