The puff pastry spoons are a very nice idea to bring to the table for an aperitif, a standing dinner or a buffet. To make them there is no need for any particular mold, steel teaspoons are enough, once the shapes are cut out, they are put in the oven with all the spoons so as to keep the shape ... too cute! How to make puff pastry spoons
Place some teaspoons (steel, please!) On a sheet, spacing them a little from each other
With a sharp knife, cut out their shape all around
Place the shapes obtained with the whole spoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper (if the pastry is not very buttery, it is better to butter the spoons). Brush the pastry around the teaspoon with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 6-8 minutes.
Wait for the steel spoons to cool before gently detaching them from the pastry.
Then stuff the tablespoons of puff pastry with philadelphia, grated courgettes, salt and pepper or with the mousse you prefer. Serve.
