Nutella mousse is a delicious and easy to prepare cream, it is an excellent filling for children's cakes and if used as a spoon dessert, it will be appreciated by everyone. I simply whipped the milk cream with the icing sugar, then adding the Nutella flush, but it can be a good base to start and then add chocolate chips, amaretti or flavor it with a drop of baileys.

Method

How to make Nutella mousse

In a large bowl whip the fresh cream with the icing sugar

then add the nutella softened in a bain-marie

Gently mix with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous cream is obtained.

Serve your Nutella mousse or keep it in the fridge
