Cronuts

THE Cronuts they are puffed donuts, a sweet halfway between a donuts and a croissant, hence their bizarre name. A recipe that comes directly from America, invented by the pastry chef Dominique Ansel of the patisserie of the same name in New York and which has been going crazy on the web for several months. Who loves the glazed donuts can not miss this delicacy, where the fried taste creeps between the sheets of the donut, creating a melting sensation with every bite.
After trying the cruffin recipe last month, I immediately threw myself into experimenting with this other hybrid and I literally fell in love with it :)
With this recipe I greet you and I wish you a sweet weekend, I will be super busy in my business as a mother, a sweet task that I can't wait to fulfill 100% during this 2 days: P
